Last nite, Kizzee (Keith's Rat Terrierist) went sailing out into the yard to do her pre-bedtime business--and ran straight into a skunk! She raced back into the house, then back out to roll in the grass.... The smell is indescribable! Poor thing rolled and rolled and rolled! I found an internet remedy made of hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and soap, so Keith washed her down with that and then stuck her in the shower. It DID help.... :( I'm burning smelly old cheap incense, trying to get the stink out of the trailer.... Arrrrrrrrgggggggg!
The weather gurus tell us we have another inch or two of rain and storms coming in today and tomorrow. Absolutely the LAST thing we need here. Levees are breached along all the rivers, people are homeless. What a nasty Spring we've had here in the Midwest!
And now, I'm off to Chinamart for a giant, economy size of Fabreze!
